About Us
- Established in 1986 Great Oaks is a deed restricted community that is located thirty minutes South of San Antonio, TX in SE Medina County off of IH-35 South, on County Road 770. It is located outside the city limits of Natalia, Texas and consists of approximately 325 homesites ranging from two to twenty-two acres and a mixture of site built homes, manufactured homes, and mobile homes. We are an ACTIVE Neighborhood Watch Community.

- Great Oaks is a community where nature abounds; surrounded with beautiful oak trees, wildlife, beautiful sunrises, and beautiful sunsets. We are a close-knit community where neighbors become family and everyone watch's out for each other.

- Centrally located between Lytle, Texas, and Devine, Texas it is conveniently located minutes away from shopping, restaurants, schools, secondary education, and all your medical, vision, dental care, and pet care needs.
